Mission: Ecuador

Mission Team: Tishomingo Chapel Baptist Church

Wednesday: Middle of the World and Beyond

After breakfast, we went off to see "Middle of the World" visitor's center. But first, a quick stop at the Borman's house to hear about their 3 generation long ministry to the Cofan people in the jungle near Columbia.

We returned to the church after a snack lunch on the road, and got back to our painting. Deb continued her part of the mural, by painting the faces for us. We painted the church. We also went out visiting at Juan's house (one of the church members) where we were treated to some chicken and rice, and lots of stories!

Kathy and Salome taught the kids at the daycare center again, and they were a hit!

We ended the evening with a community wide service, with lots of music and fellowship.
