Mission: Ecuador

October 2006 : Oakland Baptist Church

Friday

This was our final day. The team packed in the morning after breakfast, and rested a little for our church farthest out and highest up. We went to "Linaje Escogido" church, which will be our "gospel outpost" for our team of national missionaries in the years to come. The people are so sweet it's hard not to fall in love with them, and the view is spectacular!

As you can see in some of the photos, thanks to you all and "Project Caleb", the groundwork has started, to finish the church that has been in progress for ten years. As usual, we had a wonderful praise service at the end, with music, testimonies, and the presentation of seven missionaries from the church for next year's work above this church in the mountains.
